FORMER member of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Board of the Trustees (BoT) and erstwhile ally of Governor Godwin Obaseki of Edo State, Hon. Charles Idahosa has dumped the party and rejoined the All Progressives Congress (APC).
Hon. Idahosa said he was rejoining the party he left with Governor Obaseki about four years ago to ensure victory for the APC in the 21 September governorship election.
He stated this in his residence where he was received by leaders of the APC, led by the Secretary of the party, Lawrence Okah and other party leaders.
Hon. Idahosa said one of his biggest mistakes was not to have allowed Obaseki resign when he said he told him he was tired of the troubles he was getting from the leadership of the party led by Comrade Adams Oshiomhole.
