PROTESTERS in Potiskum town, Yobe State, Ikeja, Bauchi in Bauchi State and Ikeja in Lagos State storm streets to ventilate their displeasure with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s economic policies even as they peacefully called on the federal government to bring back fuel subsidy, among others demands.
Armed with placards, the protesters were guarded by armed security officers present to ensure the protest was without violence.
Reports reaching Eighteen-Eleven Media have it that though the protests have been peaceful as of press time, however, the entire country is grounded as many Nigerians decided to stay at home.
