THE General Superintendent of the Deeper Life Bible Church, Pastor William Folorunsho Kumuyi has stated reasons why his church can never be found celebrating Christmas.
In his words, “We never celebrate Christmas, never. It actually came from an idolatrous background and that’s why you never find us in this church singing what they call Christmas Carols, never!
“We always say it’s December retreat. It’s December getting together, just December, we are just gathering together”.
