PASTOR Ituah Ighodalo has denied a rumour that he was set to wed Nollywood legend, Kate Henshaw.
Pastor Ighodalo, senior pastor of Trinity House, said there were no marriage plans between him and Kate Henshaw, years after losing his wife, Ibidunni.
Kate Henshaw was a close ally of his late wife.
The clergy, a brother to Asue Ighodalo, People’s Democratic Party (PDP) governorship standard-bearer in the 2024 Edo State election, gave the response while speaking with media personality Osayuwamen Saleh on Upgradetv.
During the interview, Pastor Ighodalo also spoke extensively about how he has been coping without his beloved wife.
Reacting to rumours that he is planning to remarry, the man of God said he is not aware of any such plan and called on the blogger who broke the news to pay a tithe of the money generated from views.
The clergyman then discussed the possibility of tying the knot again in the future. He exercised caution, saying he did not know what the future holds or if there was somebody somewhere for him.
However, he insisted that for now, he is stable, focusing on what he is doing, and happy.
Recall that Pastor Ighodalo had previously spoken his mind on remarrying. At the time, he said he had given his all to his late wife and was not sure he had anything to give to another woman.
The Pastor also spoke glowingly about his late wife, describing her as a fantastic person and that he loved her so much.
He disclosed that the spirit of his wife accompanies him everywhere.
He declared that God had been so good to him and had helped him in the years he had been without his beloved wife.
