GOVERNOR Siminalayi Fubara of Rivers State today made a public appearance following his suspension from office, putting to rest speculations that he was in hiding.
On Sunday morning, the embattled governor attended a church service at Salvation Ministries in GRA, Port Harcourt, where he worshipped alongside other congregants.
His presence at the service equally counters widespread rumours suggesting he had taken refuge at the Bayelsa State Government House amid political uncertainty.
Governor Fubara’s appearance is expected to reassure his supporters and the people of Rivers State about his stance and commitment to governance despite the ongoing political crisis.
