ALL 26 players of the U-17 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) passed the mandatory Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) test conducted yesterday as they prepare for their first game against Zambia.
The test in a fascinating process confirmed that none of the players selected by coach Nduka Ugbade are above 17 years of age.
The other 11 teams participating in the tournament also had their players tested. Nigeria are drawn in Group B alongside Morocco, Zambia and South Africa with their first game against Zambia on Sunday by 5 pm.
