Buhari To Meet Tinubu, Akande, Oshiomhole, Oyegun, Others Tuesday Night

President Muhammadu Buhari is scheduled to meet fifteen (15) key All Progressives Congress (APC) leaders tonight at about 18:30hours.

A letter of invitation signed by the Chief of Staff to the President, Prof. Ibrahim Gambari dated 22nd April 2022 and addressed to the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) titled “Breaking of Ramadan Fast”.

The three paragraphs letter read: “I write to inform that President Muhammadu Buhari has directed invitation be extended to the attached list of the leadership of the APC to join Mr President to break Ramadan fast look on Tuesday 26th Apri, 2022 at 18:30hours in the presidential Banquet Hall, State House, Abuja.

“In this regard, you are kindly requested to invite them to attend. The Leaders are to arrive at the Pilot Gate at 16:30hours for a rapid COVID-19 test at the State House Conference Centre and be seated at the venue by 18:00hours.”

The attached document listed the invitees to include: Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, former pro tem chairman, Chief Bisi Akande; former National Chairmen of the party, Chief John Odigie Oyegun and Comrade Adams Oshiomhole, former governor of Ogun State, Chief Segun Osoba, among others.
