MAGISTRATE P. O. Adetuyibi of an Iyaganku Magistrate Court sitting in Ibadan, Oyo State capital, has ordered the remand of skit maker, Abdullahi Maruff Adisa (popularly known as Trinity Guy) and the parents of the ten years old girl in prison over allegation of sexualising a minor in his viral skit video.
Recall that the Nigerian Police, through Force Public Relation Officer, Olumuyiwa Adejobi, had called for the arrest of Trinity Guy following a viral video of his obscene pranks.

A statement by the Oyo State Police Command on Friday disclosed that the skit maker and parent of the little girl in the viral video were quizzed by the Command and would appear in court on Monday (today).
Appearing before the Magistrate, Olúdáre Adebayo, counsel to the defendant who was brought before the magistrate by the Police, urged the court to grant his client bail.
Magistrate Adetuyibi, while declining the bail application, stated that the allegation against the skit maker is currently receiving the attention of the Directorate of Public Prosecution of the state Ministry of Justice who would issue advice in due course. The Magistrate, therefore, ordered the remand of the defendants pending the availability of the advice.
