OPERATIVES of Anambra Police Command have arrested six suspects in connection with the kidnɑp and murder of a member of Anambra State House of Assembly, Hon. Justice Azuka.
Among the nabbed suspects is a female nurse in Asaba, alleged to have assisted in withdrawing a ransom of ₦100 million.
A native doctor also suspected of preparing charms for the gang was arrested. Reports suggest that the gang’s leader was living with the native doctor inside his shrine in Asaba.

Below are the names and ages of the suspects who abducted and gruesomely killed Hon Azuka, who represented Onitsha North State Constituency at the Anambra State House of Assembly. He was shot in the head twice after collecting N100m from him following his kidnap on Christmas Eve 2024.
