PASTOR Abel Damina has contested the widely accepted Christian slogan, “What God cannot do does not exist,” describing it as ‘false’.
In a teaser for the forthcoming episode of the Honest Bunch Podcast, Damina expressed his disagreement with the slogan, often associated with Pastor Jerry Eze.
Damina stated, “The notion that ‘What God cannot do does not exist’ is not true. This isn’t about personal feelings or jealousy towards Jerry Eze; it’s about upholding the truth.”
He further criticized contemporary miracle claims, suggesting, “I do believe in miracles and healing, but the present-day presentations often seem fabricated. Many of these supposed miracles are staged.”
Additionally, Damina addressed the topic of tithes, stating, “In the book of Acts of the Apostles, there is no record of anyone paying tithes. Jesus did not pay or receive tithes. So why the emphasis on tithes today?”
Damina’s comments are set to spark discussions among believers and may influence perspectives on faith practices.
