SKIT maker, Josephine Sunday, better known as Jojo of Lele, has responded to allegations made by online critic, VeryDarkMan, that she slept with On-Air Personality (OAP) Nedu Wazobia.
The controversy began when VeryDarkMan revealed that Nedu Wazobia had been trying to invite him to appear on his podcast, but he had refused.
According to him, the media personality’s attempts to invite him were rebuffed, and this allegedly led to him making negative comments about him.
“Nedu, I know your problem with me. You’ve tried to invite me to your podcast severally and I refused to come. We met in Abuja and you still told me that if I come to your podcast, you’d buy me a car. I still turned down your offer. You’ve tried to come close to me to be friends and all, and I still didn’t show interest. So because you couldn’t find any other way to be my friend, you’ve decided to demonize me by saying I do men”, he said.
VeryDarkMan then accused Nedu of sleeping with girls he featured on his podcast, “The Honest Bunch”. He threatened to mention the names of the ladies Nedu allegedly got intimate with.
Later on, he shared evidence, claiming that Nedu had told him about his intimate relationship with Jojo of Lele.
“Dear @nedu_official this is the premium podcast. Young lady sorry ooo but again if e touch Moscow e go touch New York, their credibility for my publicity as usual….I have absolutely nothing to lose bring a court case.” He captioned it.
Reacting to this in a viral video, Jojo of Lele broke down in tears, denying the allegations and insisting that she has never had any intimate relationship with Nedu.
“Nedu has never helped me before. I have worked so hard to build my brand, and you all want to give the credit of my success to a man. I shoot every day on Facebook, Instagram, I don’t rest. I have only shot 2 skits with Nedu.”
