Dear Sir,
LETTER OF INTRODUCTION AND NOTiFICATION OF A RALLY IN
SOLIDARITY WITH PALESTINE
The above subject matter refers.
We are a Forum of friends and colleagues with common interests. All our members are indigenes and residents of Kano State.
We have gathered and shared ideas on showing our support to the weak people of Palestine, especially their women and children who face daily bombardments in the Strip of Gaza by the powerful army of Israel.
Our plan is to hold a ‘stationery rally or stand out by the roadside and display the flags, banners and placards that show support for the people of Palestine. We will abide by all the relevant provisions of the law. We do not intend to hold a march or demonstration.
Our Forum is solely responsible for this rally, as we do not affiliate with or even invite other organisations to join us, unless of course the media outlets and some international organisations to witness and air the event.
Date: Friday 27th October, 2023.
Place: State Road, Kano
Time: 3:00 – 4:00 pm
We humbly invite your good office to this small event to witness and provide
security by your personnel.
Yours faithfully,
Aisha Datti Abubakar
