Kebbi Gov Condoles With Emir Of Gwandu Over Passing Of District Head Of Koko

KEBBI STATE governor, Comrade( Dr) Nasir Idris has condoled with the Emir of Gwandu, Alhaji Muhammad Iliyasu Bashar and the family of District Head of Koko, Alhaji Mohammed Bello Salihu Koko, who passed away on Friday (today).

Governor Idris stated this in a condolence message to the emirate and the family made available to journalists in Birnin Kebbi on Friday.

The governor, who prayed to Almighty Allah to forgive the deceased’s shortcomings, also prayed to God to make Jannatil Firdaus his final home.

He urged the emirate, the deceased immediate family and the people of Koko to take heart and accept the will of God Almighty in good faith and encouraged them to keep praying to Allah to grant him eternal rest.

According to him, the deceased would be remembered for his active contributions towards ensuring peace and national unity amongst his subjects and the state at large.
