KEBBI STATE governor, Comrade Dr Nasir Idiris says his administration will patronise indigenous contractors in the award of contracts.
The governor disclosed this Tuesday while inspecting the ongoing completion of the multi-billion Naira Ultra-modern State Secteriat at Gwadangwaji in Birnin Kebbi on Tuesday.
He expressed satisfaction with the level of work done so far at the site of the project and commended the contractors, M Tech. Nigeria Ltd. and ZBCC, for executing quality projects that would stand the test of time.
In a statement signed by the Chief Press Secretary to the governor, Mallam Ahmed Idris, Dr Nasir Idiris assured the contractors of prompt payment whenever the need arises.
Responding, the contractors, M Tech. Nigeria Ltd. and ZBCC assured the governor of their determination to execute quality jobs within the specification.
