A middle age woman has been recorded lamenting and crying in a banking hall after funds went missing from her account.
In a video that has gone viral on social media, the lady said the transaction was done at 8:43 pm on Monday.
In the video trending on Tuesday, the woman can be heard crying in Pidgin English, “Money wey I dey save for house, armed robber no come meet me, na here, armed robber come meet me? Make una give me my money oh, I neva see am oh.”
The lady, who said she is an ex-staff of Zenith Bank, revealed that she stormed Access Bank the next morning and was told that the money has been withdrawn.
The lady, who called on Zenith Bank to refund her money, said: “I bank with Zenith Bank and yesterday night at about 8:43 pm, I received three debit alerts. The first one was to an Access Bank account, N3.7m was transferred from my account to the access account.
“Then a minute later I got the second one of N222, 900 to the same Access Bank account. It wasn’t even up to a minute before I got another debit alert of N102,000 to a UBA account.
“Everything that was withdrawn from my account was over N4 million. and what is left in my account is N12, 900.
“I don’t know who did this and I don’t know how this happened. but I am saying Zenith Bank please refund my money. I have gone to Access Bank and they said they have withdrawn the money…”
