IN a resolute commitment to public health advocacy and holistic well-being, the Lagos State Traffic Management Agency (LASTMA) Muslim Community (LAMUC), in strategic partnership with the Lagos Medical Guild, is poised to facilitate the 2025 Ramadan Free Medical Counseling and Health Screening — a transformative initiative aimed at fostering preventive healthcare consciousness among the Muslim faithful, particularly during the sacred month of Ramadan.
The Ameer of LAMUC, Mr. Bamgbasa Sulaiman, has announced that this comprehensive health outreach is scheduled to take place tomorrow, Friday, 28 February 2025, from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm at LASTMA Headquarters, Oshodi, Lagos. He accentuated the paramount significance of the initiative, underscoring that early detection and proactive health management are fundamental to maintaining overall well-being.
“It is imperative for personnel of the agency to attain an in-depth awareness of their individual health status — a principle staunchly championed and endorsed by the management,” Mr. Bamgbasa asserted.
Reaffirming the critical importance of preventive healthcare, he urged all Muslims to take full advantage of this exceptional opportunity to receive expert medical consultations and comprehensive health assessments — entirely free of charge.
“Health is wealth, and we strongly encourage everyone to avail themselves of this invaluable initiative for professional medical counsel and essential health evaluations,” he remarked.
The LASTMA Muslim Community, in strategic synergy with the Medical Guild, remains unwavering in its dedication to enhancing both spiritual and physical wellness, firmly aligned with the fundamental principles of service, compassion, and humanitarian excellence.
