NOLLYWOOD actress and film producer, Sharon Okpamen has passed away after being in a coma following childbirth.
The actress had earlier announced the birth of her second child on Instagram.
However, fellow movie producer, Stanely Ontop revealed that the actress had passed on.
He wrote on one of his social media platforms thus: “Nollywood actress and producer Sharon Okpamen has unfortunately passed on.
“It’s a sad day for Nollywood & the Edo entertainment industry. Sharon, who was a filmmaker, actress, entrepreneur & humanitarian, has left a significant void in the industry.
“May her soul rest in perfect peace, Amen @sharonokpamen
“It can only get better”
An Instagram user, however, claimed Sharon passed away due to childbirth complications.
