Peter Obi’s 2023 Presidential Ambition: Nigerians Drag Fr. Mbaka To Filt

Catholic Priest, Rev. Fr. Ejike Mbaka of Adoration Ministry has been at the receiving end of snide comments on social media after he lashed out at the Labour Party presidential candidate, Mr Peter Obi.

Father Mbaka had said that Mr Obi can never be Nigeria’s President. He made the comment at his Adoration Ministry in Enugu State.

According to him, unless God ceases to exist, Obi would never smell the seat of the President.

He added that it is better to have an old man as President than a ‘stingy young man’.

But reacting, some Nigerians were of the opinion that Mbaka made the declaration because he failed to manipulate Peter Obi to donate money to his church. Others called on the Catholic Church’s authority to caution the cleric.
