PRESIDENT Bola Ahmed Tinubu and his protege former Vice President Yemi Osinbajo unite at the Energy Summit In Tanzania.
The erstwhile political godfather and godson appear to have parted ways with the decision of the latter to contest the 2023 presidential ticket of the All Progressives Congress (APC) which was later won by the former. The action is believed not to have gone down well with the Tinubu camp who termed the action a betrayal.
Since President Tinubu assumed office in May 2023, the two gladiators have not been seen together publicly, fuelling speculation of a rift.
