MINISTER of the Federal Capital Territory, Barrister Nyesome Ezenwo Wike has begun the distribution of 2000 bags of rice and cattle in each local government area of Rivers State.
He has been doing it for over 8 years, He distributes 12,000 bags in Abuja, 2000 each for the six area councils.
