A Nigerian soldier has decided to quit his job in order to have the opportunity to campaign for the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) presidential aspirant, Peter Obi.

Tweeting under the identity, @Dawa419, the soldier said his voluntary retirement, which has been approved by the Nigerian Army, will pave the way for him to vigorously campaign for Peter Obi as his preferred candidate.

He tweeted;

I wish to tell you my voluntary retirement has been approved by the @HQNigerianArmy which has paved room for me to vigorously campaign for Peter Obi as my preferred candidate of choice come 2023 in sha Allah we will rescue this country.

For doubting Thomas, @Dawa simply added, “go and verify”.
