UGANDAN President, Yoweri Museveni, has appointed his daughter, Natasha Museveni, Governor of the country’s central bank

Recall that the Ugandan president had earlier appointed his son, Lieutenant-General Muhoozi Kainerugaba as Chief of Defence and Military to the president, while his wife and First Lady, Janet Kataaha Museveni serves as the Minister of Education.

Yoweri Kaguta Museveni Tibuhaburwa was born on 15 September 1944. The ex-military officer and revolutionary is the ninth president of the East African country and has occupied the position since 1986. His government is considered autocratic.

The country is bordered to the east by Kenya, to the north by South Sudan, to the west by the Democratic Republic of the Congo, to the southwest by Rwanda, and the south by Tanzania.
