COACH Aliyu Zubair has teamed up with El-Kanemi Warriors ahead of the current 2023-24 Nigeria National League (NNL) season.
It would be recalled that the newly appointed head coach left Gombe United after the expiration of his contract at the end of the 22/23 Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) season.
Elkanemi sits atop Group C with 25 points from 12 games, having won 7 games, drawn 4, and has recorded just 1 loss so far this season.
El-Kanemi Warriors were relegated from the NPFL at the end of last season. A quick promotion is on the cards for Elkanemi, which is a testament to the good works of coach Aliyu Zubairu.
