Unknown Gunmen Kill Labour Party Women Leader In Southern Kaduna
The Labour Party Women leader in Kaura Local Government Area of Kaduna State, Mrs Victoria Chintex has been reportedly shot dead by unidentified gunmen.
The incident was said to have happened early Tuesday morning and it was confirmed in a statement issued by Mr Edward Buju, the party’s publicity secretary in the zone.
It was gathered that her husband was also shot in his leg but was rushed to a medical facility where he is currently receiving treatment.
Police authorities in the state are yet to comment on the developments but members of the party are suspecting that the killing was targeted
